I have many projects right now going on with my Z and I am loving it. Coming from a car-audio background, I am very serious about doing this right on my Z. Phase 1 was my initial installation of an Eclipse CD5442 which I posted earlier. MB Quart QSD 216 6.5" components have been mounted in the front doors. These are MB Quarts top of the line mind you. 5/8" MDF brackets were created using the Nissan 6.5" non-bose brackets to trace the size. The cutouts on the non-bose brackets would not accomadate these speakers (I have the Nissan brackets for sale too!). The sound is incredible, and that is off of deck power! I have just recieved my first amp that I ordered...Soundstream Rubicon 1002. This will be putting 200x2 RMS to the Quarts. Here are some of the pictures of equipment I have and progress that has been made. (by the way, I will be wiring this amp tomorrow at Bernie's place - if he doesn't mind)
